Exciting news! As of this week, I will be officially taking over the early morning yoga classes @ MBSY from Tuesday-Thursday. See schedule below.

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are enjoying the long holiday weekend. I myself am away celebrating the last hurrah of summer with my family. Though the weather may not be the most ideal, it’s still a wonderful time to spend with family & friends as we unofficially say good-bye to summer. But fall promises to bring something extra special. As I mentioned, I am happy to announce that Stretchn’Flow Yoga will resume this Tuesday & I will be officially taking over the early morning classes at Mind Body Soul Yoga. I am so excited to continue to guide such a lovely group of people in both my morning & evening classes as well as to see where these endeavors can take me as I continue to grow as a yoga instructor. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your holiday, & I’ll see bright & early Tuesday morning!
